- To carry out and record work, where an engagement follows
The lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated.

Your information is never sold or passed to third parties for marketing. Disclosure occurs only where required by law.
5. Retention
Enquiries are held on this site’s server and in my email environment, and deleted once no longer needed — normally within [three years]. Records relating to paid engagements may be kept for [seven years] for accounting and tax purposes.
